This policy explains how payments work when you shop with Zuba Mart.

Accepted payment methods

All payment options available to you are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. If a method you expect isn't showing, it may not be supported for your region or order type. Email us and we'll help.

When you're charged

Payment is collected in full at the time you place your order. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized. If a payment is declined or fails to process, the order won't be created and no items will be reserved for you.

Currency

All prices on this site are listed and charged in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise at checkout. If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and foreign transaction fee. Those charges come from your bank, not from us.

Pricing and errors

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the rare case an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We'll always contact you first if this happens.

Taxes and duties

Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address. For any international orders, customs duties or import fees may be charged by your local authorities on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Payment security

Checkout is encrypted and your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider. Zuba Mart never sees or stores your full card number. We may review orders for fraud and can cancel and refund any order we believe to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you see a pending charge for an order that didn't go through, it's usually a temporary authorization hold from your bank and typically clears within a few business days. If a duplicate charge appears on your statement, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate and refund promptly.
